Hi, I’m Vanessa — founder of The Aesthetic Coordinator.
I’ve spent years working behind the scenes in aesthetic and surgical practices, supporting patients through every phase of their journey from early planning and consultations to post-operative recovery. Through that experience, I’ve seen how overwhelming this process can be without guidance, organization, and reliable support.
The Aesthetic Coordinator was created to offer calm, personalized assistance beyond the clinic helping patients navigate decisions, prepare with confidence, and manage the everyday responsibilities that don’t pause during recovery.
In addition to post-operative concierge care, I also offer private surgical consulting for individuals who want one-on-one guidance when researching procedures, selecting surgeons, attending consultations, and preparing for surgery. This specialized service is designed for those who value clarity, advocacy, and experienced support throughout the decision-making process.
Whether you need short-term recovery assistance or comprehensive guidance from the very beginning, my role is to help you feel informed, supported, and fully prepared — every step of the way.

The Aesthetic Coordinator provides short-term, personalized concierge support for individuals recovering from surgery or medical procedures who need help managing everyday responsibilities during healing.
This service is designed to reduce stress during recovery by offering reliable, non-medical assistance when patients are advised to rest, avoid driving, or limit activity.

A deposit is required to reserve post-operative concierge services and secure availability.
Remaining balances for post-operative concierge services are due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled surgery date, regardless of how far in advance services are booked.
Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once payment requirements are met.
All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total cost of services. Deposits secure scheduling, preparation, and reserved availability.
Because services are reserved specifically for each client, deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to surgical plans.
In the event a surgery date is postponed, services may be rescheduled at the discretion of The Aesthetic Coordinator, subject to availability.
The Aesthetic Coordinator is based in North Austin, Texas.
Services are provided where support is needed, including in-home recovery settings, local appointments, and designated meeting locations by arrangement.
In-person services are offered by appointment, with service areas coordinated based on individual needs.
